½ tbsp Lola’s Hot Sauce
Creamy Garlic Sauce

1 tbsp butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup heavy cream
Ramen
-
2 packs ramen noodles
-
1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)

1 tsp Lola’s Hot Sauce (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken
Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat chicken and let rest for 15 minutes.
2. Cook the Chicken
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Rest, then slice.
3. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened. Set aside.
4. Cook the Ramen
Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
5. Prepare the Broth
Heat sesame oil in a pot. Sauté garlic until aromatic. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, Lola’s Hot Sauce, and heavy cream. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
6. Assemble the Bowls
Divide noodles into bowls. Pour broth over top. Add sliced chicken. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
7. Garnish & Serve
Top with green onions and a drizzle of Lola’s Hot Sauce for extra spice. Enjoy hot
