FRIED PINEAPPLE RINGS 🍍

Ingredients

Pineapple Rings
1 can pineapple rings 🍍
1 cup flour 🌾
1 large egg 🥚
1/2 cup milk 🥛
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut 🥥
2 tsp Lola’s Original Seasoning 🌶️
Neutral oil, for frying 🛢️

Dipping Sauce
4 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀
2 tbsp maple syrup 🍁
3 tsp Lola’s Mango Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce 🌶️🍯


Instructions

Prep the Coating
Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with whisked egg + milk, and one with coconut mixed with Lola’s Original Seasoning.

Coat the Pineapple
Pat pineapple rings dry. Dip each ring into the flour, then the egg mixture, then the coconut mixture until well coated.

Fry
Heat oil to 350°F. Fry pineapple rings for 30 seconds–1 minute per side, until lightly golden. Drain on a paper towel–lined plate.

Make the Dip
Mix cream cheese, maple syrup, and Lola’s Mango Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce until smooth and creamy.

Serve & Enjoy
Serve the warm coconut-crusted pineapple rings with spicy-sweet dipping sauce. 🌶️🍍🥥
