Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce Recipe

Our recipe focuses on flavor first over spiciness alone. Our recipe is perfectly balanced with the best ingredients and doesn’t contain fillers, powders, or extracts. We use the freshest ingredients you can taste. This sweet and fruity hot sauce uses Red Jalapenos, Carolina Reaper Peppers, Garlic, Lime Juice, Vinegar & Salt.

Carolina Reaper Flavor

In addition to its heat, the Carolina Reaper pepper has a fruity flavor with hints of sweet, tangy, and smoky notes. Some people may also taste a slightly chocolatey or nutty flavor in the pepper.

    The most awesome

    I liked hot sauces until one day recently

    (end of October 2023)

    I decided to try Ghost Pepper Sauces. I went into my local Froogles and there it was, Lola's Ghost Pepper and Carolina Reaper and Trinidad Scorpion Hot Sauces. I picked Carolina Reaper and Ghost Pepper and fell in love all over again with hot sauce with Lola's being my number 1 favorite. Super delicious Hot Sauce. Would definitely love to Smother some wings in this.

    Reaper's unique taste is hot and distinctive enough. I haven't tried other products. I'll work this with cold blue cheese dressing, pretty standard, for my air fried wings. Note: 4 stars is as high as I rate, 5 starts is mythical.

    Recipe has changed

    I love Lola’s. It’s my standard, go to sauce. Recently, there’s been a change to the recipe. It’s a lot spicier (which I was not expecting at the moment I dumped my “usual” hot sauce on my lunch) and it’s not as “craveable”. I’d hoped my new bottle was a mistake at the factory. I bought a new one, and it was just as hot. I really really liked the old recipe.

    A lot of change

    Used to love all the sauces to the point I’d have to buy the big bottle from flavor to the right heat and low sodium. Now you put one drop on anything at least in my batch stupid hot unlike previous orders and then the change from 10mg of salt to 90mg was disappointing.
