    Not a review but a question

    Thank you for asking. I loved your salsa several years ago when I could get it at a local grocery store. It's the best salsa I've had since JCs Midnite went out of business years ago. But they stopped carrying it. I ordered two jars from a third party provider a year or two ago, but they had both gone bad when I opened them, so this time I tried ordering six jars directly from you. The first jar is edible, but it still doesn't seem right. Have you changed the recipe? The ratings below are for what a good jar would taste like.

    Quality salsa

    Near the upper edge of spice level that I want in a salsa, but not extreme. Carolina reaper adds a great flavor. Well worth trying for any salsa fan.

    Excellent Salsa! Perfect Heat and Flavor!

    This salsa is right up my alley - been the lookout for a salsa that balances heat (I love spicy food - more than jalapeño and habanero level heat) and flavor - a difficult feat. The flavor is great - sweet and savory, and I like the consistency. I do think the heat could be increased a bit, but the current level is fantastic!

    Only problem is that I run through the jar too quick and need to reorder!
