Ingredients
- 3–6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs 🍗
- Lola’s Spicy Garlic & Herb Seasoning 🌿🔥
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed 🥬
- 3 tbsp butter 🧈
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- 1 tsp paprika 🌶️
- 1 tsp onion powder 🧅
- Salt & pepper, to taste 🧂
- ½ cup chicken stock 🍗🥣
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️
- ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season generously with Lola’s seasoning, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 🍗🌿
Microwave green beans with ½ cup water for 7–8 minutes (tender-crisp). 🥬
Heat 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-low. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F). Remove and set aside. 🧈🔥
In the same skillet, melt remaining butter. Add garlic, parsley, chili flakes, and green beans. Cook 4–5 minutes. 🧄🌿
Stir in chicken stock and a pinch more seasoning. Let sauce reduce slightly. 🍗🥣
Return chicken to the pan, spoon over sauce, and heat through. Finish with pepper, parsley, and extra chili flakes. Serve warm. 🔥✨
