Base & Layers

Cooked sushi rice 🍚

Furikake (for sprinkling)

Extra Japanese mayo & Lola’s Hot Sauce (for drizzling)
Instructions

Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix imitation crab, salmon, Japanese mayo, cream cheese, ponzu sauce, and Lola’s Hot Sauce until creamy. -
Layer the Base
Spread cooked sushi rice evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle generously with furikake. -
Add the Crab & Salmon Mixture
Spread the creamy filling over the rice. Drizzle with extra Japanese mayo and Lola’s Hot Sauce. -
Bake & Crisp
Place under the broiler for 3–5 minutes until the top is golden and slightly crispy. -
Top & Serve
Garnish with avocado, spring onions, and more furikake. Serve hot with crispy seaweed on the side. 🍣🔥
