Cajun Style Fried Deviled Eggs! 🥚

Serves: 4–6
Ingredients
Filling

3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled & halved lengthwise 🥚

2 tsp mayonnaise

1 tsp dill pickle relish 🥒

¼ tsp yellow mustard
-
½ tsp Cajun seasoning 🌶️

2–3 dashes Lola’s Hot Sauce 🔥
Breading
-
½ cup flour
-
1 large egg, beaten
-
½ cup Panko bread crumbs
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Make the Filling
Scoop yolks from boiled eggs into a bowl. Mix with mayonnaise, relish, mustard, Cajun seasoning, and Lola’s Hot Sauce until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. -
Prepare the Breading
In a small bowl, season Panko with salt and pepper. -
Coat the Egg Whites
Dredge egg whites in flour, dip into beaten egg, then coat in seasoned Panko. Press crumbs in gently to stick. -
Fry Until Golden
Fill a heavy-bottomed pot with 2–3 inches of oil and heat to 350°F. Fry breaded egg whites until golden brown and crispy. -
Assemble & Serve
Once cooled slightly, pipe or spoon filling back into fried egg whites. Serve hot and spicy! 🥚🔥
