    Good cooking sauce but lacks the dimension of the original sauce and the heat of the ghost pepper.

    Good to cook with

    Not the same heat range as the ghost pepper. Not a stand alone flavor as a condiment. I think this would be a better cooking sauce for a heat level above mild. It could be enhanced with other seasonings.

    Trinidad Scorpion

    I love Lola's hot sauces, but Trinidad Scorpion has emerged as my favorite. A lot of hot sauces today are simply HOT, but Lola's combines the perfect mix of hot and FLAVOR, which to me, is the key to any good hot sauce. Keep up the good work!
