    Mango scotch bonnet

    Not that hot but does hold up well with more fruity notes in the flavor. Could use a bit more of a kick on heat .

    I could drink your original sauce straight i like it so much but the scotch bonnet was not for me

    Mango Tango!

    The Scotch Bonnet heat was just right for my palette and do like it HOT! Also, the overall flavor was right on the money. Not too sweet and not overpowering heat. Beautiful and enjoyable balance.
