Lola’s Jalapeño Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

14 oz chopped artichoke hearts, drained and squeezed dry

6 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

¼ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon garlic paste

⅔ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon black pepper
-
½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons Lola’s Green Jalapeño sauce
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×9 baking dish with nonstick spray.

Add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic paste directly to the baking dish. Mix until smooth and fully combined.

Stir in the artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, pepper, salt, and Lola’s Green Jalapeño sauce until evenly incorporated.

Smooth the mixture into an even layer and bake for 25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
